Honoring Our Mothers walk/run set for May 8 in Bismarck

The 5th annual Honoring Our Mothers Walk/Run is scheduled for May 8 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Pioneer Park in Bismarck, according to event materials. The event is organized by Three Affiliated Tribes Fitness and Recreation.

The walk/run is open to the public, and the first 50 mothers will receive a gift, according to the event flyer. Additional event times and locations across other communities will be posted on the TAT Fitness and Recreation Facebook page, the flyer states. Contact information for segment recreation specialists is listed for Mandaree, New Town/Four Bears, Parshall, Twin Buttes, White Shield and Bismarck.
