Ultimate Warrior Challenge set for June 26-28 in Crow Agency

The 2026 Ultimate Warrior Challenge is scheduled for June 26-28 in Crow Agency, Montana, as part of Crow Native Days, according to event materials. The competition includes a three-part endurance race featuring a 1-mile run, 2-mile canoe leg and 6.2-mile run, along with a 9-mile horseback ride. Events begin with a Calcutta at 7:30 p.m. June 25 at Crow Fair Arbor, followed by women’s team races at 8 a.m. June 27 and the men’s race at 8 a.m. June 28 at the rodeo grandstands.

Organizers list a $200 entry fee per person with a registration deadline of 5 p.m. June 24. Prize payouts include $6,000 for first place, $3,000 for second and $1,500 for third, along with champion jackets, buckles and plaques, according to the event poster.
