Sacred Pipe Resource Center To Host Quilting Stitching Series
Three July gatherings will bring participants together to hand-stitch quilts for newborn babies

The Sacred Pipe Resource Center will host an Arts & Culture stitching party on Thursdays, July 9, July 16 and July 23 from 5:30 to 7 p.m. at the Sacred Pipe Resource Center, 925 Basin Ave., Suite 5, according to the event announcement. Organizers said quilts will be provided for participants to hand-stitch during the gatherings.
According to the event announcement, the stitching parties are intended to continue the tradition of quilting as a way to bring women together while supporting families and communities.
