Former CU-Boulder professor Ward Churchill loses appeal to win job back

The attorney for a former University of Colorado professor who lost his appeal to get his job back after he compared some Sept. 11 victims with a Nazi said Monday he will appeal to the U.S. Supreme Court after the Colorado Supreme Court ruled university officials qualified for immunity. Boulder County property records show that Churchill sold his house at 1484 Wicklow St. late last month for $498,000. Churchill is living in Atlanta and is still writing and lecturing, his attorney David Lane said.
