Any information or data that you chose to provide us will be kept withBuffalo’s Fire until one of these happens: (1) you ask Buffalo’s Fire to DELETEthe information and/or data; (2) Buffalo’s Fire decides to STOP USING theexisting data processors, or (3) Buffalo’s Fire decides that the cost ofretaining the data outweighs the value in retaining it. As a consumer and/orvisitor on our Site who is located in the European Union region, you have theright to request access to your data that Buffalo’s Fire collected on you andstores it. You are within your rights to demand to know exactly what data andinformation Buffalo’s Fire has collected on you.
