Tim Giago and Chuck Trimble have had some noteworthy exchanges on journalism and reliance on facts, truth and ethical obligations of using the press as a moral and just means of bringing awareness to a situation. Giago and Trimble are both Lakota men from the Pine Ridge Reservation in South Dakota. And they’ve been slugging it out with each other in print. I posted Trimble’s commentson Giago’s journalism ethics. Now I’m posting Giago’s repsponse. It’s the last time Giago said he will respond. We’ll have to wait and see if that’s true.
