Colorado judge to soon announce Ward Churchill's academic future
Here's a video of the moment when University of Colorado officials announced their decision to fire Churchill for academic misconduct. A district judge is expected to have a hearing in early July to determine whether the University of Colorado should rehire former professor Ward Churchill.Meanwhile, many prominent, high-profile Native leaders and other scholars have submitted affidavits to voice objections to Churchill's possible rehiring at CU.
