The Columbia River treaty fishing tribes, Bureau of Indian Affairs, and Army Corps of Engineers gathered to mark the end of a project both useful and symbolic — the completion of the 31st, and final — in-lieu-of fishing access site on the river to replace traditional fishing grounds, lost to dams on the river.read more
