Native American Training Institute To Host Icwa Expert Witness Training In Bismarck
The three-day event aims to prepare tribally affiliated individuals to serve as qualified expert witnesses in Indian Child Welfare Act cases

The Native American Training Institute is hosting an Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) Qualified Expert Witness Training from May 27-29 at the North Dakota Heritage Center in Bismarck. Running daily from 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. in Classroom B, the program is designed to equip tribally affiliated individuals with the knowledge and credentials required to testify and advocate in ICWA cases.
Registration for the training is $500 per person, and space is limited. Attendees needing lodging can book accommodations under the "QEW Training Native American Training Institute" room block at the La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Bismarck.
