The Leadership track is part of the Maynard Institute’s pilot program to expand the diversity pipeline by training 200 diverse journalists over five years in media entrepreneurship, management and storytelling. The program launched in 2018 with a successful pilot that graduated 26 fellows. The next pilot will graduate at least 15 fellows, no less than five in each track.
