Tribe’s land in trust bid is for Taunton, Mashpee

Because of a reporter’s error, a story about the Mashpee Wampanoag on Page A1 of Monday’s Times misidentified one of the towns where the tribe seeks to take land into trust. The tribe has applied for 146 acres in Taunton and 170 acres in Mashpee.
